Welcome to the SRA Asia 2022!
Online Registration will be closed at 24:00 Friday, November 11, 2022, on local time. To benefit from lower registration rates, it is strongly recommended that you take advantage of early bird registration.

*Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students must mail a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a PDF file during the registration process to email@example.com. Student registration will be valid only upon receipt of the proof of

E-mail address for each participant must be provided during the registration process.
Participants will receive an automatic e-mail upon successful submission of the online registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a week of your submission, please contact the conference secretariat via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration will be confirmed after payment of the registration fee is received.
Payments may be made online by credit card or bank transfer. All payments must be made in Korean won(KRW). For payments by bank transfer, please allow around 5 working days for payment processing before registration is confirmed. So, please send a receipt of bank remittance after your payment to the conference secretariat via email, email@example.com.
In addition, name of the participants should be clearly stated on the bank transfer. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The Organizing Committee will refund registration fees according to the following policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat, firstname.lastname@example.org no later than October 20, 2022.
1. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
2. Refunds will be made after the conference.

No refunds can be made for cancellations received after October 20, 2022.
Refund requests due to overpayment or double payment must include a valid proof of overpayment or double payment and must be made in writing and submitted no later than one month after the congress closure.
Refunds will not be made for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
CERTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION
Certificate of participation will be made available digitally after congress closure.
